  I have to update my review for Myung Ga Won because I've been there several more times and each visit was exceptional.  The wait staff was very kind and accommodating, the food was wonderful, and the ambiance was very welcoming for my family and I.  I especially enjoy Myung Ga Won for their delicious side dishes and their stews (Sullung tang) and the like.  My wife especially enjoys their food and my son enjoys their beef stew immensely.  He's young but he can finish a whole bowl of Myung Ga Won's beef stew.  The prices are reasonable and parking is plentiful.  I'm a happy fan of Myung Ga Won once again.

  Came back to Myung Ga Won and was pleased with the service we had.  We were greeted warmly and did not have to wait long for our party of 6 to be seated.  Also, I was happy to see that they finally got rid of the sign behind the counter that a customer will be charged for extra banchan servings.  Our food came out pretty promptly.  Food was tasty and fresh.  The banchan was pretty good too.  Glad to see the improvements from previous visits.  Guess this late night Korean eat options will definitely be added back in the rotation.

  I had the dumpling bone broth soup and it was AMAZING. So well seasoned and it really helped since I was feeling a bit sick the days before. The service was good and I would come back!

  I hate traditional breakfast food, so I knew that I would have to try this place at some point since it was before Jang Su Jang was open. I ended up getting the bean sprout soup. It doesn't have a lot of flavor in general, so I wasn't being too hard on it. I didn't think the side dishes for that great. one of the things that stood out for me was that they actually brought salted shrimp for the soup. The service wasn't bad either. I was a little underwhelmed with this place, but I wouldn't mind coming again to give it another shot especially for an early morning meal.

  This restaurant use to be me and my friends go to spot for late night meals, but it's been a while since I went out late so it's been a while since I've been here.
  We dont usually go here due to the slightly higher prices. Last night, after a loooong convention my friend and I need something soupy. We choose this place over some others. I expected the worst after reading some recent reviews. The service here has never been great, food is alright, and the space is not bad.
  We walked in and was greeted by a cheerful hello and warm smile. My favorite Chowon waitress works at Myung Ga Won now! My friends and I were literally talking about her Friday night!! not even kidding!
  We order the cabbage short rib soup, spicy stir fried squid, and tendon soup.
  Our waitress has always been nice and still is. I asked her if they to do less spicy for the squid (most Korean restaurants don't do it), and she said yes! With no hesitation at all! It was delicious and it didnt hinder the flavor at all!
  The cabbage short rib soup hit the spot with alot of cabbage and more meat than usual. The tendon soup was good, but wasnt as flavorful as the other dishes.
  My friend told me she wants to come back just for the service. Her kindness made our meal much much more enjoyable.
  We will definitely be back!
